Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) will present an investor presentation to members of the investment community as part of a road show program. A copy of the investor presentation to be used on the road show is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
