(e) On March 26, 2014 the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors approved, effective as of March 9, 2014, the fiscal 2014 base salary for our executive officers, and the following table sets forth the fiscal 2014 base salaries for our Named Executive Officers:
Named Executive Officer - Base Salary
Robert E. Alderson - $545,000
W. Michael Madden - $365,000
Michelle R. Graul - $320,000
Also on March 26, 2014, the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors reviewed the achievement of Company performance goals for fiscal 2013 with respect to our executive officers. Based on the Committee's review, the Compensation Committee approved the following bonuses for fiscal 2013 for the executive officers named below:
Named Executive Officer - Fiscal 2013 Bonus
Robert E. Alderson - $414,745
W. Michael Madden - $196,909
Michelle R. Graul - $136,980
