On March 27, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2014. The dividend will be payable on April 25, 2014 to common shareholders of record on April 11, 2014.
