Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 27, 2014, Verint Systems Inc. ("Verint") issued a press release announcing the timing for its conference call to discuss selected financial information for the fourth quarter and full year ended January 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 7.01.

On March 21, 2014, the board of directors of Verint set Thursday, June 26, 2014 as the date for the 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Verint (the "Annual Meeting") and also set May 2, 2014 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
