Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 27, 2014, UMB Financial Corporation announced that UMB Healthcare Services, a division of UMB Bank, National Association, reported 40 percent growth in the number of Health Savings Accounts and 30 percent growth in Health Savings Account balances as of January 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
