On March 26, 2014, Mitel Networks Corporation filed its Business Acquisition Report (the “BAR”) in Canada on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (“SEDAR”), with respect to the completion of the acquisition of Aastra Technologies Limited on January 31, 2014. The BAR is being furnished on Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
This report and Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section.
