Item 5.02.          Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 27, 2014, Ignite Restaurant Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, effective April 1, 2014, the Company will outsource its print and digital design work to a new agency founded by the Company’s longtime CMO, Robin Ahearn, who will be leaving the Company effective April 1, 2014.  The contract will run for a term of eighteen months during which Ms. Ahearn and a team of seven Company designers who will join her new agency will provide in-restaurant marketing and digital branding and design materials for the Company’s three brands, Joe’s Crab Shack, Romano’s Macaroni Grill and Brick House Tavern + Tap. A copy of the press release and the contract are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and 10.1, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
