Community Bankers Trust Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Gerald F. Barber to its Board of Directors on March 21, 2014. The Company has not yet determined the committees on the Board of Directors to which he will be named. Mr. Barber will be compensated in the same manner as the other directors of the Company.
