Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (the "Company") has been informed by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters ("IBT") Local 357 that the ballot count with respect to the formal ratification vote for the Tentative Agreement between the Company and IBT that was announced by the Company on February 14, 2014 will be conducted at Noon EDT on Friday, April 4, 2014.
