Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 25, 2014, Constellation Energy Partners LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2013, and will hold a webcast conference call to discuss those results.
A copy of the press release is furnished as a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 but is not deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The webcast conference call will be available for replay on the Company’s website at www.constellationenergypartners.com.
