On March 25, 2014, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per common share, payable on April 25, 2014, to shareholders of record as of April 11, 2014. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
