Appointment of a Director
On March 24, 2014 Robert Grinberg was appointed as a Director of the Company. From 1997 until 2004 Mr. Grinberg was a partner in Program Trading, a registered Broker-Dealer. Since 2004 and continuing through the present Mr. Grinberg has been a private investor with a concentration in investing in natural resources including oil and gas exploration and trading.
Compensation Arrangements
We have not entered into any compensation arrangements with Mr. Grinberg as of the date of this report.
