On March 21, 2014, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (the “Company”) will hold its 2014 Annual Meeting of Members in Treynor, Iowa (the “Annual Meeting”) and a copy of the presentation to be used in connection with the Annual Meeting is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
