Merger-
and Integration-Related Synergies
KCG exceeded the upper range of the projected
$90 to $110 million in cost synergies on an
annualized, run-rate basis by the end of 2013.
Additionally, KCG reduced the annual run-rate
expense from communications and data processing
at the end of the year by more than $20 million to
$150 million. Further reductions on a run-rate
basis are expected by the end of 2014.
