On March 17, 2014, the Company announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its interests in assets located in Boundary Lake, Cynthia/West Pembina, and Rocky Mountain House in Western Canada to Whitecap Resources Inc. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
