Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 18, 2014, the board of directors accepted Adam Zeedyk's resignation from his position as the Commodity Manager of Cardinal Ethanol, LLC (the "Company"). Mr. Zeedyk's last day of employment at the Company will be April 4, 2014.
