Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 13, 2014, CAMAC Energy Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
