On March 17, 2014, Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 and the 2013 full fiscal year. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
