On March 7, 2014, Donald O’Neill, Jr., notified Mediabistro Inc. that he is resigning as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in order to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. O’Neill’s resignation will become effective on a date to be determined in April 2014.
