Item 8.01. Other Events.
On March 14, 2014, China Auto Logistics Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Cooperation Agreement, dated March 1, 2013, by and between the Company and Tianjin Prominent Hero International Logistics Co., Ltd, to manage the International Auto Mall in Tianjin, China (the “Agreement”), had not been renewed. The Agreement expired according to its terms on February 28, 2014.
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
