(b) On March 11, 2014, Cardtronics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that effective as of March 11, 2014, Todd Clark will no longer serve in the same capacity as before in his current position of Senior Executive Vice President, Sales and Relationship Manager but will now assume a newly developed senior management position for the Company, directing and advancing business relationships with the Company’s largest customers. In that role, Mr. Clark will now report to David Dove, Group President-Enterprise Growth.
