On March 12, 2014, Visa Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Elizabeth Buse, EVP Solutions, is retiring from the Company effective March 31, 2014. Ms. Buse began her career in the product organization of Visa U.S.A. Inc., which evolved into her building and leading the global product organization. After Visa’s reorganization, she became the first Group Executive for APCEMEA and most recently, led Visa’s global solutions group.
