On March 13, 2014, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 and posted earnings call presentation materials on its investor relations website at http://www.seaworldinvestors.com/financial-reports/default.aspx. The full text of the press release and the earnings call presentation materials are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference in this Item 2.02.
