On March 13, 2014, Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release regarding results of operations and financial condition for the fiscal 2013 fourth quarter (13 weeks) and full year (52 weeks) periods ended January 31, 2014. The news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
