On March 12, 2014, New Jersey Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updated net financial earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, as well as updated long-term financial goals (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company will host a conference call and live internet webcast to discuss its updated net financial earnings guidance and updated long-term financial goals on March 12, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. EDT. A copy of the presentation that will be used during the webcast is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
