On March 12, 2014, Middlesex Water Company (the “Company”) announced that it has named Jay L. Kooper to the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Kenneth J. Quinn on March 1, 2014. Mr. Kooper’s employment becomes effective March 17, 2014 as outlined in the attached press release.
