Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 10, 2014, American Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2013. Additional information regarding the Partnership’s financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
