On March 11, 2014, Oil-Dri Corporation of America (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for its second quarter ended January 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
