Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 11, 12, 17, 18 and 19, 2014, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) is holding regional member meetings at which a slide presentation, including preliminary and unaudited financial information for year-end 2013, is being presented. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
