Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 10, 2014, the Board of Directors of SIFCO Industries Inc. (the “Company”), approved an increase in the size of the Board of Directors to eight members and elected Mark J. Silk as a Director, to serve until his successor is duly elected and qualified. Mr. Silk was determined by the Board of Directors to be an independent Director. Mr. Silk has not yet been appointed to any Board committees.
