On March 6, 2014, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.11 per share for the fourth quarter of the Company’s 2014 fiscal year, ending March 29, 2014. The dividend was declared by the Board on March 5, 2014 and will be payable on March 28, 2014 to shareholders of record as of March 18, 2014, including shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
