On March 10, 2014, Dr. Linda Marbán, Chief Executive Officer of Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), will be presenting at the 26th Annual ROTH Conference. The presentation will take place at approximately 4:00 p.m. Pacific time at The Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, California. A webcast of the presentation will be available on the “Investors” section of the Company’s website at www.capricor.com. Additionally, a copy of the presentation slides is available on the “Investors” section of the Company’s website and will remain archived there for at least 30 days from the date posted.
