On March 6, 2014, Stanley J. Checketts resigned from the Board of Directors of Boomerang Systems, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Checketts advised the Board of Directors his resignation was for personal reasons and not based upon any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
