On March 7, 2014, VirtualScopics, Inc. issued a press release announcing the financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of VirtualScopics, Inc.’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
