Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 7, 2014, Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. ("Southcross") issued a press release announcing its acquisition of certain natural gas pipelines in South Texas. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
