| Item 2.02. | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On March 5, 2014, TG Therapeutics, Inc. (“TG” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. TG also announced that on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 8:30am EST, TG would host an investor conference call during which the Company would provide a brief financial overview of its fourth quarter and year end 2013 financial results and a business outlook for 2014. A copy of such press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
