On March 6, 2014, Stoneridge, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On March 6, 2014, members of the Company’s management held a fourth quarter 2013 earnings conference call discussing financial results and the presentation furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2, accompanied management’s comments.
