On March 5, 2014, Northern Tier Energy LP (NYSE: NTI) (the “Partnership”) announced that members of the management team of the Partnership’s general partner will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2014 Refining Conference in New York City, New York on Thursday, March 6, 2014. The meeting materials will be available beginning March 6, 2014, on the Investors section of the Partnership’s website at www.ntenergy.com. The Partnership does not undertake any obligation to update the information as posted on its website. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
