Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 4, 2014, Banc of California, Inc. announced completion of the acquisition of certain assets, including service contracts and intellectual property, of RenovationReady®, a provider of specialized loan services to financial institutions and mortgage bankers that originate agency eligible residential renovation and construction loan products. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
