At the Citi 2014 Global Property CEO Conference in Hollywood, Florida, which begins on March 3, 2014 and will continue until March 5, 2014, officers of Duke Realty Corporation, an Indiana corporation, will participate in a group session and one-on-one sessions with analysts and investors and will refer to a slide presentation. A copy of this presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
