Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On February 26, 2014, Bergio International Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") filed a certificate of amendment (the "Amendment") to its Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware in order to increase the number of authorized shares of capital stock of the Company to 6,000,000,000 (six billion) shares. A copy of the Amendment is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 3.1.
