(b) On February 25, 2014, Ronald R. Taylor informed us of his decision not to stand for reelection to our board of directors at this year’s annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Taylor has been on our board since 1998. His decision was made for personal reasons and did not result from any disagreement or dispute with our company or its management.
