The information contained in this Current Report is furnished to the Commission under Item 2.02 (Results of Operations and Financial Condition). The registrant is a foreign private issuer and, therefore, is exempt from Regulation FD.
On February 27, 2014, the registrant announced its fourth quarter and annual consolidated earnings for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013. The news release is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
The news release reports that the registrant changed its segment reporting during the fourth quarter of 2013. A schedule showing historical consolidated quarterly results in the years 2011 - 2013 on the basis of the changed segment reporting is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
