On February 27, 2014, Northern Tier Energy LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release reporting results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
