BDCA Enters into $60.0 Million Credit Facility

 

New Financing Expands and Diversifies BDCA’s Ability to Finance Middle Market Loans

 

New York, New York, February 27, 2014 ˗ Business Development Corporation of America (“BDCA”), a business development company primarily focused on senior debt investments in middle market private companies, announced today that on February 21, 2014, it entered into a $60.0 million senior secured revolving credit facility. BDCA expects to use the financing available under the new credit facility along with cash on hand to finance its ongoing investment activities and for general corporate purposes. Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch, is the lender and administrative agent under the credit facility.
