Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 26, 2014, Care.com, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended on December 28, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
