On February 25, 2014, SeaChange International, Inc. issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ended January 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
