Office Depot, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release on February 25, 2014, announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended December 28, 2013. The earnings release also contains forward-looking statements relating to the Company’s fiscal year 2014. A copy of the earnings release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
