On February 20, 2014, Wallace B. Doolin notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Famous Dave’s of America, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s next annual shareholders’ meeting. Mr. Doolin, who has served as member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2009, will continue to serve as a director until that meeting.
