Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Shares of common stock of Coeur Mining, Inc. (the “Company”) will be voluntarily delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) at the close of market on Thursday, February 27, 2014, pursuant to the Company’s application for voluntary delisting which has received approval from the TSX.
The Company’s common stock will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the symbol “CDE”. The common stock purchase warrants of the Company will continue to trade under the symbols “CDM.WT” on the TSX and “CDE.WS” on the NYSE.
